Key Responsibilities:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for Property Managers that can grow with Rêve Home.
Role Overview: As a Rêve Home Property Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and oversight of a portfolio of residential properties. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of property care, tenant satisfaction, and client relations. You will ensure that all properties are managed efficiently, comply with legal regulations, and meet the expectations of both property owners and tenants. This position requires initiative, excellent organizational skills, willingness to learn our best practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintenance Management: Coordinate and oversee all property maintenance activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions to maintenance issues. Ensure that properties remain in excellent condition and comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Ensure timely payment of all property-related expenses.
- Lease Management: Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing properties, screening applicants, negotiating lease terms, and renewing leases.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and landlord-tenant laws.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing them with regular updates, financial reports, and recommendations for property improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Rêve Home team, including the Managing Broker, Sales Managers, other property managers, and vendors, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A valid real estate license (or property management certification, if applicable).
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1+ year of experience in property management.
- Strong understanding of property management best practices, including tenant relations, maintenance management, and financial management.

Role Overview: As a Rêve Home Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing real estate transactions, driving collaboration with Property Managers, and acting as a trusted advisor to investors, homeowners, and tenants. You will work closely with clients, guiding them through the process of buying and selling residential properties, and ensuring that every transaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and care. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. You will be instrumental in generating transactions, supporting clients in making informed decisions, and increasing homes under Rêve Home management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with Property Managers to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. Coordinate efforts to enhance the client experience and optimize property management services.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to investors, homeowners, and tenants, providing insights and recommendations on real estate opportunities that align with their goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Representation: Represent buyers and sellers in property transactions, ensuring that their interests are protected and their goals are met.
- Client Education: Educate clients on the real estate transaction process, including financing options, market conditions, and legal requirements.
- Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of property transactions, including listing, marketing, negotiation, coordinating with lenders and other professionals, and closing.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Compliance: Ensure that all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Rêve Home’s internal policies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Knowledge in real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market, including market trends, property values, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and other professionals.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
