About Us

Rêve is French for "dream." At Rêve Home Property Management, we are dedicated to turning dreams into reality for tenants and homeowners alike.

Our journey began with our founder, who envisioned better experiences and results after experiencing the challenges of working with property managers. Leveraging his experience leading and scaling organizations for Amazon and other Fortune 500 companies, he established Rêve Home to redefine property management. Today, Rêve Home operates across three regions and continues to expand rapidly, offering top-tier residential property management services.

Company Mission

Rêve Home’s mission is to empower homeowners and tenants to turn their dreams into reality by providing exceptional, people-centric property management. Specializing in single-family homes, we blend innovation, technology, and personalized service to ensure efficient processes and seamless communication. With our transparent flat-rate pricing, we provide the highest level of care, free of hidden costs or agendas. As a company of advocates, we aim to revolutionize the property management industry by setting a new standard of excellence and trust, fostering long-term relationships built on the commitment to our virtues and values.

Company Guides

At Rêve Home, every individual is an empowered advocate for their clients, tenants, team, and communities. This empowerment stems from our Company Guides, which encompass our virtues, values, and decision drivers. Our Company Guides are more than just words on a website—they are the foundation of our company culture. Our Guides shape how we make decisions, how we execute with excellence, and how we show up every day.

Virtues

This is who we are. Character traits or behaviors focused on conduct that Rêve Home encourages in its people. Virtues emphasize how team members should interact with each other and clients. They define the qualities the company expects employees to embody, fostering a strong and ethical workplace culture.

  1. Visionary: Advocates think beyond themselves, anticipating future opportunities and trends that benefit the greater good for their team, clients, and communities.
  2. Accountable: Advocates own their actions and their outcomes, holding themselves and their team accountable to each other and to the success of their stakeholders.
  3. Trustworthy: Advocates build trust through transparent communication, respect, and reliability, ensuring strong and lasting relationships. We ensure all stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  4. Empathetic: Advocates seek to understand the perspectives and needs of others and make decisions that consider all stakeholders. By doing so, advocates create an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
  5. Adaptable: Advocates are always learning and embrace change with resilience, flexibility, and creativity, turning challenges into opportunities for learning and growth that benefit everyone around them.

Values

Principles or beliefs that guide the Rêve Home’s culture, decisions, and overall direction. Values are foundational and reflective of the organization's mission, ethics, and priorities. They shape the company’s identity and set expectations for how the company operates internally and externally.

  1. Take Action: We value speed and decisive action. Knowing that timely execution is crucial to our success, we balance moving quickly with risk mitigation and accountability.
  2. Use Sound Judgment: We weigh the options and commit to a course of action with clarity and resolve. We make informed decisions that align the long-term health of our stakeholders, the company, and the communities we serve.
  3. Innovate to Elevate: We challenge the status quo with purposeful innovation, driving innovation that elevates our company, stakeholders, and results. We don’t innovate by reinventing the wheel, but by improving what works and placing it on a better path with the right people driving the vehicle.
  4. Commit to Community: We commit to developing ourselves and those around us, fostering growth within our company and the communities we serve.
  5. Debate Thoughtfully: We engage in respectful, constructive debate, seeking diverse perspectives to arrive at the best ideas before making decisions.

Decision Drivers

These guide us in focusing on data, prioritization, and path of execution to drive optimal outcomes. Decision Drivers shape how we approach making impactful, informed choices that align with our goals and adapt to evolving circumstances in our industry.

  1. Data: Data forms the backbone of our decisions and execution strategies. Remaining adaptable and open, we are prepared to pivot as new data emerges, ensuring we are never too entrenched in our paths to adjust to changing conditions.
  2. Levers: There are infinite levers we can pull to drive results, yet our time and energy are finite. We prioritize by identifying high-leverage decisions that act as force multipliers, offering substantial impact for minimal effort. By focusing on pulling the right levers, we maximize our outcomes.
  3. Doorways: We categorize decisions as either one-way or two-way doors. One-way door decisions are difficult to reverse and so we prioritize thorough analysis and risk mitigation. Two-way door decisions are easily adjusted or reversed, allowing us to prioritize speed and agility. By identifying the type of decision at hand, we ensure the optimal path for execution.
