Our standard timeline is to have rent due on the first of the month with a four-day grace period. Rent is considered late on the 6th, and our standard late fee is 10%. However, local tenant laws can have differing requirements. Knowing the ins and outs of these local laws is what you have Rêve Home for!
If a tenant goes beyond the grace period, we promptly issue a late rent notice and collect the appropriate late fees along with the regular rent amount. In the rare event that a tenant stops paying rent, we assist with the eviction process and work quickly to re-rent the property, minimizing any disruption to your income.
