Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee ensures that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 50% of their lease term, we will find you a new tenant at no additional cost.
30 Day Rental Guarantee
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less, we will give you ONE month of management for free!
Pet Guarantee
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet-related damage beyond normal wear and tear that exceeds the security deposit.
Eviction Protection Guarantee
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, Rêve Home will shield you from the stress and promptly re-rent the property.
Maintenance Guarantee
We guarantee that all maintenance requests will be addressed promptly and professionally. If any repair done by us or one of our vetted vendors is not completed correctly, we will have it re-done at no additional cost to you.
Response Time Guarantee
We are fully committed to effective communication and speed is key. We guarantee our response time to all communications from you and your tenants within 24 hours.
